The plain-English rules for using this website. Nothing surprising in here — it's an informational site for a free run club.

What this site is for

This website tells you about Flyte Run Club — when and where we meet, what to expect, and who's involved. It's informational only. Using the site doesn't make you a member of anything, and there's nothing to pay for.

Who owns what's here

The writing, photographs, design, and the Flyte Run Club name and logo belong to Flyte Run Club, an unincorporated association ("Flyte Run Club"). Please don't reuse them commercially without asking first.

Sponsor and partner logos belong to those businesses and appear with their permission. Their marks stay theirs.

You're very welcome to share links to this site, or to share our photos on social media with credit.

We try to keep things accurate, but

Run times, meeting spots, and routes can change, sometimes at short notice and usually for weather. We update the site when we can, but Instagram is always the most current source — check there before you head out.

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will always be accurate, complete, or available.

Links to other sites

We link out to our sponsors and partners, and to Google Maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Flyte Run Club and its organisers aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from relying on information published here.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
